Coalition Members to Form a Syrian Coalition for the ICC

Members of the Coalition for the ICC in Syria are currently working to establish a coalition of Syrian organizations worldwide to work on ICC-related issues and advocacy on Syria, where massive human rights and humanitarian law violations have threatened security and undermined the rule of law. At this initial phase, the Arab-European Center for Human Rights and International Law (AECHRIL) is taking the lead in forming the Syrian Coalition for the ICC.  Hopefully, there will soon be a meeting of interested organizations that will, among other things, elect or select a host organization and a coordinator. The Arab-European  Center for Human Rights and International Law was created in 2006, is a CICC member and serves as an umbrella organization that consists of a network of Syrian and Middle East and North Africa (MENA) human rights activists working for the Syrian cause across MENA and beyond.
