||Guyana ratified the Agreement on Privileges and Immunities on 16 November 2005.
|Bilateral Immunity Agreement
||Signed BIA agreement on December 13, 2003 after loss of U.S. military assistance was reportedly threatened. National Assembly approved motion for ratification, and Parliament ratified on May 17, 2004.
||The government has maintained that they are committed to initiating the ICC implementing legislation process. However, other pressing priorities have delayed this process.
